Remove personal belongings and anything valuable. Loose rubbish is genuinely not a problem, it is part of the job. If a child seat needs removing and refitting, mention it when you book so the time is allowed for.

Interior work carries on regardless. Exterior mobile work is rescheduled to the next available slot at no charge, and you will get a call the morning of rather than being left to guess.

Because a well-kept coupe and a neglected three-row SUV are not the same job. Vehicle size and starting condition both move the number. You get a firm price before any work begins, and it does not change afterwards.

Light pet hair is included in every interior service. Heavy woven-in hair is a listed add-on because it genuinely adds an hour or more of hand work before a vacuum can do anything useful.

Card, tap or bank transfer on completion. Ceramic coating bookings take a deposit to hold the bay, which comes straight off the final invoice.

Yes. Fleet and dealer volumes are quoted separately with per-vehicle pricing and a scheduled route. Ask on the contact form and you will get a rate sheet rather than a sales call.

A wax is a natural layer measured in weeks. A sealant is synthetic and lasts around six months. A ceramic coating chemically bonds to the clear coat and is measured in years. They also differ hugely in preparation time, which is where most of the price difference sits.

If a scratch does not catch your fingernail, correction will usually remove or dramatically reduce it. If it catches, it has gone through the clear coat and needs paint, not polishing. We tell you which before you book, not after.

When it is done by measurement, yes. We take paint depth readings before and during correction and record them on your file, so we always know how much clear coat is left to work with on a future visit.

Motorcycles and RVs yes, by quote. Boats are outside what we do well, so we will point you at someone who specialises rather than learn on yours.

Two buckets with grit guards, a pH-neutral soap, a clean microfibre mitt and a separate mitt for the wheels. Avoid automatic brush washes entirely. Every customer gets a one-page aftercare card that covers it.

A sealant is safe within an hour. A ceramic coating stays with us overnight and should not be washed for seven days while it finishes curing. Rain during that window is fine, pressure washing is not.

If something we cleaned is not right when you look at it in daylight, tell us within 48 hours and we put it right at no charge. Coatings additionally carry their own written multi-year warranty.

No. A coating adds hardness and resists light marring, but nothing chemical stops a stone at highway speed. Paint protection film is the physical answer, and we will refer you rather than oversell a coating.
