Headlight Restoration
Wet sanding, polishing and a UV clear coat that stops the yellowing coming straight back.
Cloudy headlights are oxidised polycarbonate. The factory UV layer breaks down, the plastic underneath yellows, and your usable light at night drops substantially.
A polish alone makes them clear for a few months and then they yellow again faster than before, because the remaining UV layer has been removed. We wet sand through the oxidation and put a real UV clear coat back on.
How it runs

Mask
Every surrounding painted edge is taped. Sanding a headlight without masking is how a shop leaves you a bigger bill.

Sand
Four progressive grits, wet, until the oxidised layer is fully removed rather than partly hidden.

Polish
Machine polished back to optical clarity, checked with the light switched on.

Coat
A UV-stable clear coat is applied and cured. This is the step that decides whether you are back in a year.

Because they polish and wax instead of sanding and clear coating. Polish removes what is left of the factory UV protection, so oxidation returns faster than it arrived the first time.
No. Moisture inside a sealed housing is a seal failure and needs the unit resealed or replaced. We will tell you which before you pay us anything.
Two years on clarity. If they haze inside that window we redo them at no charge.
