Odour & Biohazard Treatment
Source removal, enzyme treatment and ozone. For smoke, spoiled milk, damp and worse.
Air fresheners cover odour for about four days. Removing odour means removing what is producing it, which is almost always organic material sitting in foam, carpet backing or the HVAC system.
We work the problem in order: find the source, extract it, treat what is left biologically, and only then use ozone to finish the air and the ducting.
How it runs

Find it
Odour is rarely where you smell it. We check carpet backing, seat foam, the boot well and the HVAC intake.

Remove it
Enzyme pre-treatment and hot water extraction to physically take the source out rather than mask it.

Treat the air
Ozone or hydroxyl through a full cycle, including running the HVAC on recirculate so the ducting is treated too.

Ventilate and check
A full ventilation cycle before handover, then a seven day follow-up because some odours only reveal themselves once the car heats up again.
Common questions
In a controlled dose and cycle length, yes. Excessive ozone degrades rubber and some plastics, which is why we treat once, correctly, rather than repeatedly.
In most cases yes, provided the headliner has not absorbed it beyond recovery. We assess and tell you honestly before you commit.
After a full ventilation cycle, which we complete before handover. The vehicle is never handed back mid-cycle.
