Quotes and pricing

Prices published on this site are starting points for a standard sedan in average condition. A firm price would be confirmed after a walkaround and would not change afterwards unless the scope of work changed with your agreement.

Bookings and cancellations

• Appointments can be moved or cancelled up to 24 hours ahead at no cost
• Ceramic coating bookings take a deposit, refundable up to seven days before the slot
• Missed appointments without notice may be charged at half the booked rate
• Exterior mobile work cancelled for weather is rescheduled at no charge

What we are responsible for

A live business would carry garage keepers insurance covering vehicles in its care, custody and control, on site and at customer premises. Any damage caused by us would be put right at our cost.

What we are not responsible for

• Pre-existing damage documented in the walkaround photographs before work started
• Failure of aftermarket wraps, paint repairs or trim adhesives disturbed by normal cleaning
• Personal items left in a vehicle
• Mechanical or electrical faults discovered during a detail but not caused by it

Guarantee

Work that is not right in daylight would be put right at no charge if reported within 48 hours. Ceramic coatings would carry their own written warranty with the maintenance requirements stated in plain English rather than buried.

Payment

Payment on completion by card, tap or bank transfer. Fleet and dealer accounts would be invoiced on agreed terms.
